ZONING REVIEW COMMITTEE

About

At their May 2019 monthly meeting, the KLP Board of Commissioners established a 5-member Zoning Review Committee. The mission of the committee is to review article V.B.1.d of the KLP Zoning Ordinance and propose an amendment if deemed appropriate. Article V.B.1.d states, “All residential properties that offer sleeping accommodations to transient or permanent guests shall be owner occupied and operated.”

The Commissioner appointed committee members are KLP residents Karen Umberger, Nancy Clark, Chris Meier, Josh Brustin, and KLP Commissioner Rick Jenkinson. Ms. Clark and Ms. Umberger co-chair the committee.
